Refund & Return Policy - Peyoops
At Peyoops, we strive to offer you the best products and a great shopping experience. As our products are custom-made just for you, our return and refund policy is a bit different from traditional stores. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products (Our Fault)
We take full responsibility in the following cases:
Damaged or defective products: If your item arrives with any defects (like holes, large stains, or tears) or manufacturing flaws.Incorrectly printed products: If the design printed is significantly different from your order, or if the print is clearly distorted (and not due to a low-quality file you provided).Incorrect items: If you received the wrong size, a different color, or an item that doesn't match your original order (e.g., you ordered a t-shirt and received a hoodie).
Action:
1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Send us clear photos of the product showing the issue, along with your order number.
3. After reviewing your request, we will arrange for a free reprint of the correct item to be sent to you, or we will issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.
2. Buyer's Remorse or Incorrect Size/Item Choice
Because each product is custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
. Buyer's Remorse: If you simply changed your mind about the product after receiving it.
. Incorrect Size: Please always refer to the size guide provided for each product before completing your purchase. All measurements are available to help you make the right decision.
. Incorrect Item Choice: If you ordered the wrong design, color, or product type by mistake.
3. Lost Packages During Shipment
. If you do not receive your order within 21 days of the estimated shipping date, please contact us.
. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a free reprint and reshipment of your order.
4. Packages Returned to Sender (Incorrect Address or Unclaimed)
. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided, or if the package was unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will notify you.
. To have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for a new shipping fee.
. Returned packages will be held for 30 days. If they are not claimed within this period, they will be donated, and we will not be able to issue a refund or reshipment.

At Peyoops, we work hard to ensure your unique t-shirts arrive safely and promptly. Since each item is custom-made for you on demand, our shipping process includes several steps to ensure quality and efficient delivery.
1. Order & Shipping Process

Order Processing: After your order is confirmed, we send it directly to our production partners to begin the manufacturing and printing process.

Fulfillment Time: Most items take between 2 to 7 business days to be produced. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the product type and production load. An estimated fulfillment time is available for each product on its description page.

Shipping: Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly from our production facility to your address.
2. Shipping Time Estimates (United States)
Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Here are some general estimates for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment is complete.

Express Shipping: (if available) Typically takes 1 to 3 business days after fulfillment is complete.

These times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected delays from shipping carriers.

Please note that fulfillment time is added to shipping time to get the total estimated time for your order to arrive.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

The weight and size of the products in your order.

Your delivery address.

The shipping method you select at checkout.
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your order.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

5. Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it's unclaimed by the recipient, we will contact you. To reship the order, an additional shipping fee will apply, which is the responsibility of the customer.
